The National Organsier of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) Sammi Awuku has eugilozed the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II on the occasion of his 20th anniversary since ascending the golden stool.

According to the iconic and charismatic young politician, the Asantehene’s leadership has traversed beyond the shores and boundaries of Asanteman and Ghana to Africa and the world at large.

Mr. Awuku who is in Kumasi for the celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the enskinenment of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II told BestNewsGH.com the contribution of the Asante monarch to the growth and development of the country cannot be underestimated.

He noted that Otumfuo’s contribution spans the various sectors of the economy including education, health, business and chieftaincy, adding that he as been a source of strong inspiration to the younger generation.

‘’The man exudes a great deal of wisdom even to those who sit afar and watch how he goes about things. I am not in the least surprised that he has been nick named King Solomon. It sums it all up. He is a deep thinker and every move he makes is for the betterment of Asanteman and Ghana. I am excited to be a part of this 20th anniversary celebration and I look forward to the silver Jubilee in 5 years time’’ he said.

The Board chairman of the Youth Employment Agency added that ‘’I congratulate him for his sterling and quality leadership over these past 20 years and we look forward to the future with great optimism that the best is yet to come. I congratulate Asanteman as a whole’’.
