At each critique listen of the whole tracklist, the commentary still remains that REDfyah’s “Jakpa Foot Prints” music album was woven outside the regular reggae rythm elements box, having been made with the core intent to feed the reggae world on a timeless set of 20 deep native Afro-authentic tracks.

“Jakpa Foot Prints”, the album’s lead promo single and main title, was built off a grand tribal history setting.

It’s lyrical narrative centers on NdeWura Jakpa (the founder of the Ngbanya people of Ghana’s modern Savannah Region).

In its core point, REDfyah narrates Jakpa’s peace struggle story about his quest to secure a violent-free land for his people.

Sad enough, NdeWura Jakpa’s peace-state legacy has now been broken by the land’s present Chieftains with violent disputes.

This prompted REDfyah’s concern and he came up with the reminder song to conscientise his tribesmen about love, peace, unity and general tolerance in the Savannah Region. His message insists that NdeWura Jakpa’s legacy be upheld in high esteem.

REDfyah’s “Jakpa Foot Prints” tracks are strictly made of Kuchoko reggae beat elements, which makes the tracks unique and different from the usual Jamaican reggae music and highly superior in the genre’s spirituality viewpoint.

The album was built in two languages, English and Gonja (REDfyah’s native language).

All the tracks on the album were recorded live in the studio.

The producers that worked in the album are Zapp Mallet, Mark Darlington, Delonzy, Rhythmatic. The project features Blakk Rasta, Lotta Griffiths, Abudu Kosowgu, Nana Fynn, Collins Kay and Nana Ama.

A source hint from REDfyah team said that; “Jakpa Foot Prints” will be released on 18th April. It also said the album will be distributed to all digital music stores by Apprise Music alongside a co-self distribution by Play Africa.
