President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo who arrived in the Northern Regional Capital last night (Friday, November 9, 2018) received a loud and rousing welcome by residents in the region.

The teeming supporters and sympathizers of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) defied the night and thronged the Tamale Airport to welcome the president who is in the region for an official assignment.

Political leaders in the region were excited about the huge numbers that went out to welcome the president to the region.
