The ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has been touting the achievements of the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led government to Ghanaians in Europe.
To this end, the iconic, charismatic and hard working National organizer of the NPP, Mr. Sammi Awuku together with the party’s Director of International Affairs Emmanuel Attafuah-Danso have been paying working visits to Palermo (Italy), Copenhagen (Denmark) and Prague (Czech Republic).
The team have engaged with Ghanaians living in these cities and have also met with members of the NPP chapters with the main aim of bringing them up to speed with developments back home in Ghana.
Describing the engagements as very useful, Mr. Awuku who also doubles as the Board Chairman of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) said the cardinal objective of the visits is to let Ghanaians in the diaspora know the success story of government so far.
According to him, success stories such as the rebound of the economy, restoration of the Teacher and Nursing Trainee allowances, the construction of dams and warehouses in an effort to boost Agriculture, the planting for food and jobs and also for exports and the successful implementation of the Free SHS and many other social interventions being championed by government must be told to Ghanaians everywhere.
