NDC’s Chief Biney and NPP’s Maame Afia Akoto set wed this weekend

A marriage ceremony that is likely to be the talk of town for a longtime is scheduled for this coming weekend, between the Deputy National Organiser of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chief Biney Hamilton and the ruling New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Maame Afia Akoto.

The combination is likely to set tongues wagging, but BestNewsGH.com is reliably informed that friends and relatives who have known the love birds over time have come to appreciate their tolerance and respect for each other as far as their political inclinations are concerned.

Formerly a Deputy Communications Director of the NPP, Maame Afia Akoto is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the  Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC).

According to the MASLOC website, Madam Alberta Afia Akoto is a politician, philanthropist and an enterprising woman who is currently the Deputy CEO of MASLOC (under the Office of the President).

Madam Afia Akoto hails from the Eastern Region and is a proud alumna of Aburi Girls Senior High School. Having several academic certificates to her credit, she is currently pursuing her LLB at the London Business School. As an entrepreneur, she is the brain behind several thriving businesses, foundations and NGOs which undertakes humanitarian projects.
