‘’Lets work together for increased votes’’-Chairman Samba to former NPP Executives in Northern Region

The Northern Regional Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Chairman  Adam Baantima Samba has indicated his readiness to rope in former Regional and Constituency Executives with a view to maximizing votes for the party in the Region in the 2020 elections.

Chairman ‘Do All’ as he is affectionately called averred during a meeting with former party officers in Tamale on Sunday February 23, 2020 that they are still a force to reckon with, and that he was more than ready to tap into their expertise and experience for the overall benefit of the NPP in the Northern Region.

BestNewsGH.com reports Chairman Samba as saying he was not oblivious of the crucial role and various contributions the past party officers made to ensure a strong and robust party in the Region, adding that he will add on to their achievements once they willingly lend their support.

He called for a united front between former party officials and current ones, in order to make the NPP even stronger, while strengthening the party’s structures to enable them increase vote margins.

Chairman Samba entreated Party Members and supporters to endeavor to come out in their numbers and register when the Electoral Commission begins the compilation of the New Voters Register for election 2020.

On their part, some of the former party officers expressed satisfaction and joy at the recognition accorded them by the Regional Chairman and his team, and pledged to cooperate with them, while working hard to improve the fortunes of the NPP in the Region.

In attendance were some Regional Party Executives inclduding the Regional Communications Director, Mr. Salifu Sule, the Assistant Regional Secretary, Mr. Yussif Danjumah as well as the Regional Nasara Coordinator, Alhaji Shamwuna.
