Just in: Suit against Ghana Card registration thrown out by High Court

Information reaching BestNewsGH.com indicates that an Accra High Court a while ago threw out a suit seeking to place an injunction on the Ghana Card registration following the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.

The court according to BestNewsGH.com sources, also dismissed the substantive case.

Government through the Attorney-General has been at the forefront of fighting the case in court, impressing upon the court to disallow the suit to stand.
