National Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate hopeful and former president, John Dramani Mahama will take his campaign to lead the party in the 2020 elections to the Northern region in the first week of October 2018.
Mr. Mahama and his team are expected in the region from the 2nd through to the 6th of October.
A statement issued by the Northern Regional Secretariat of the party said Mr. Mahama while on the 4 day tour of the region will meet various stakeholders including chiefs, religious leaders, Trade associations, youth and market women, former appointees and regional and constituency executives among others.
The regional executives are therefore appealing to members and supporters of the party to come out in their numbers to welcome the former president
