Reno Omokri, a Nigerian Author and Lawyer says anyone who gives money to someone who uses a better phone than him or her is stupid.
According to him, a phone is a communication gadget and not a status symbol and that anyone who patronises such people is not offering charity, but being stupid.
It is common to see young men immaculately dressed in the best attire the fashion world can offer and also hold the most recent phone , but can’t afford a decent meal.
Some prefer to wear the most powerful and expensive perfume but are dead broke.
The same can be said about women who flaunt the latest phones, but are unable to purchase sanitary pads during that time of the month.
The Nigerian author and legal practitioner is extolling people to ignore and refuse to support any such person.
