Guinea Bissau Prime Minister, several Ministers test positive for COVID-19

The Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau, Nuno Gomes Nabiam has tested positive for COVID-19, according the country’s Ministry of Health.

A BBC report sighted by BestNewsGH.com also reveals that the Country’s Interior Minister as well as two other Ministers have also contracted the Virus.

BestNewsGH.com reports the Prime Minister as positing that several Members of the Inter-Ministerial COVID-19 Committee have contracted the disease.

Amid a poor healthcare system and lack of resources, Guinea Bissau has so far confirmed 205 COVID-19 cases with one death.
