The Chief of Dodowa in the Shai Traditional Area, Nene Kwesi Agyeman, has made a passionate appeal to his subjects in Dodowa and the entire Ghanaian electorate to give President Akufo-Addo another term in office to afford him the opportunity to continue his good works in office.

The visibly elated chief made the call when he addressed a brief ceremony to herald the visit of the President to an infectious disease centre at Dodowa as part of the last day of his four-day working tour of the Greater Accra Region.

“Nana, what you have done in our Constituency is deeply appreciated because this area (the site of the Infectious disease facility) was abandoned but you have completely transformed the place. This demonstrates that if we give you more time in office, Ghana will turn on a new leaf and develop rapidly” Nene Kwesi Agyeman said.

“I call on the entire country to have faith in President Akufo-Addo, and to re-elect him for the next four years he is seeking, so he can continue all his good works across the country in order for Dodowa to also get its fair share”. “Some time ago, the colours of NPP was in the minority here at Dodowa. However, the huge turn out of people here show that your good works are obvious to the people” the Dodowa chief added.

President Akufo-Addo

President Akufo-Addo in a brief remark stressed the need for a transformed health sector in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. He indicated that his administration is committed to it agenda, one hundred and eleven (111), which is a plan to build the said number of hospitals in all districts which do not have same.

The President registered his thanks to the Dodowa chief for his words of praise for his stewardship of the Republic the last three years and ten months. He further called on the people of Dodowa to look favorably on his party, the New Patriotic Party (NPP) this time round and vote massively to retain him in power.

“The NDC party and their umbrella is leaking because it has holes in it now. I therefore plead with you since you have seen the works of my government, to join hands with us and vote for the NPP massively on the 7th of December 2020” President Akufo-Addo said.
