The Deputy Energy Minister Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam is cautioning chairmen of the governing NPP not to release money to an unidentified man claiming to be working in his stead to provide electrification materials for various communities in the northern region.
In a post on Facebook a social media platform and sighted by BestNewsGH.com, Dr. Adam warned the chairmen to be wary of the unidentified man who goes demanding for transportation cost to enable him deliver the electrification materials including streetlights, electrical poles and drilling of boreholes.
The post reads below:
“This notice is hereby bringing the attention of the general public of a criminal using the name of Dr Mohammed Amin Adam(Deputy Energy Minister),calling NPP Regional Chairman and other leading members that he has been asked by Dr Amin to contact them to release some materials(Streetlights,Electrical poles and drilling of boreholes). He goes about requesting for transportation charges. We by this notice inform the general public that persons dealing with him are doing so at their own risk. Thank you”.
Dr. Mohammed Adam is also the NPP parliamentary candidate for the Karaga Constituency.
