It has emerged that some Directors of distressed gold trading firm, Menzgold Company Limited with the connival of the younger brother of Chief Executive Officer of the company, Nana Appiah Mensah, Kingsley Asiedu are out and about, auctioning company properties that are easy to sell, on the blind side of authorities.

This website is reliably informed that the company’s corporate manager Nana Yaw Offei, Head of Operations and Supervision, Mrs. Abigail Mensah and Communications Director, Nii Armah Amarteifio together with Kingsley Asiedu have been directed by Nana Appiah Mensah to diversify all assets of the company to close family members.

Assets which would require a longer time to diversify or legal authorization are to be immediately sold off at the best offers and the funds laundered out to shell corporations and safe havens in the Caribbean.

Kingsley Asiedu who is a staff of the British Army is wanted by customers of the company in the United Kingdom and Spain who are angry at him for convincing and encouraging them to invest with the company.

His whereabouts was unknown until recently when it emerged that he was in Ghana and has disguised himself, with sole mission to sell off the company’s properties and repatriate the cash to his elder brother who has also gone into hiding and is believed to be out of the country.

A chunk of the money to be raised from the sale of the properties is to be flown to NAM 1 in his current base, which is unknown to the Ghanaian authorities and the over 1.8 million customers of the company.

Kingsley Asiedu is said to be residing in the East Legon area and has disguised himself by using an old rickety black pick-up truck in order not to attract attention to himself.
