COVID-19: Boyoyo donates to West Mamprusi Municipal Response Committee

Aspiring Parliamentary Candidate of ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) for the Walewale Constituency in the North East Region, Hon. Seth Panwum Boyoyo has donated a quantity of essential items to the West Mamprusi Municipal Response Committee on COVID-19.

The items which included Veronica buckets and gallons of liquid soap were presented on behalf of Hon. Boyoyo by some team members of his campaign in Walewale today, April 1,2020.

It is Hon. Boyoyo’s contribution towards the fight against the COVID-19 Pandemic which outbreak in the country has occasioned a lockdown in the Greater Accra and Ashanti Regions as well as Tema.

BestNewsGH.com can report that the team was led by Mr. Tijani Sanda, son of a former Walewale constituency chairman of the NPP.

The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Arimeyaw Somo Lucky who doubles as the head of the Municipal Response Committee, expressed the gratitude of the committee to Hon. Boyoyo and his team for the gesture.

He expressed the hope that other public spirited individuals and organisations will also lend their support by emulating Hon. Boyoyo to enable the Municipality effectively fight the pandemic.

He wished Hon. Boyoyo, a two-time presiding member of the West Mamprusi Municipal Assembly the best of luck in the upcoming NPP Parliamentary Primaries.
