BREAKING: Popular Nollywood actress Ada Ameh of ‘The Johnsons’ fame reported dead

Popular Nollywood actress Ada Ameh widely known for her role in Award Winning TV Series ‘The Johnsons’ has been reported dead.

BestNewsGH.com sources indicate the actress, known as Emu, in the TV series collapsed and died at Warri, in the Delta State of Nigeria.

Reports said she died on at 11pm on Sunday, July 17, 2022.

The President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Emeka Rollas confirmed that the actress died at a Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) hospital in Delta State.

Ms. Ada together with her family were said to be guests at an oil company toyshop when she suddenly collapsed.

She is reported to have died while being rushed to the NNPC’s hospital.

Colleague actors and actresses are reported to be trooping the facility to have a glimpse of the remains of the budding actress Monday morning.

Ameh, became famous following the role of she played (Anita) in the movie ‘Domitilla’ in 1996, and was more recently adorned for her comic characters especially in the series, The Johnsons.

Born on May 15, 1974 in Ajegunle, Lagos, the popular actress shared a video of her eating with the family around 12:53pm on Sunday on her official Instagram page.
