Simon Tetteh, 44, a tutor of Nifa Senior High School in the Akuapem North Municipality of the Eastern Region, has allegedly committed suicide.
The incident reportedly took place in his house at Nyamekrom, a suburb of Koforidua, on Thursday, October 17.
He is said to have hanged himself with a nylon rope on the toilet in his apartment.
It is unclear what triggered him to hang himself.
