The National Lottery Authority (NLA) will be raking in some significant additional revenue following its partnership with the National Lottery Authority of Ivory Coast (LONACI).
National Lottery Authority of Ivory Coast has adopted and replicated the NLA’s 5/90 Game and is currently operating same in that country.
The Director-General of the National Lottery Authority, the affable and quintessential Sammi Awuku who is in the Ivory Coast together with the Chairman of KGL Group, Mr. Alex Dadey to observe at first hand, the operations of the 5/90 Game in that country, expressed delight at the partnership between the two Lottery Authorities.
Speaking to BestNewsGH.com, Mr. Awuku intimated that the partnership with the Ivorian Lottery Authority will translate into significant revenue increase in royalties for the National Lottery Authority.
The Director-General of the National Lottery Authority of Ivory Coast, Mr. Dramame Coulibaly who received the Ghanaian delegation, expressed his profound gratitude to the Ghanaian Lottery Authority for the support they have received so far.
Mr. Coulibaly who doubles as the President of the African Lottery Association while briefing Mr. Awuku and his team, averred that they have begun a pilot of the 5/90 Game, explaining that it will fully take off from the 1st of August 2023.
Both parties expressed optimism about the bright and huge prospects that lie ahead, with such partnerships and collaboration. They were united in their conviction that they can make meaningful contributions to the development of their respective countries and their peoples through responsible gaming.
